Sure, but I don't think food makes that much of a difference. You mentioned that you were doing "piddly nightly workouts" ... my suggestion is to eat whatever you want, just workout more and harder!!


I exercise A LOT ... mainly cycling, but also weightlifting and other things.

As for the eating thing ... I eat whatever I feel the urge to eat, whenever I feel the urge to eat it. Some of it is good. A lot of it isn't.

I've been through a lot of medical testing lately. Turns out I'm doing something VERY right. My Dr said she has never seen blood work (and she did extensive testing there) come back more perfect, and the other things that were tested (heart, lungs, etc.) came back with results much better than normal.

My conclusion ... food doesn't have much to do with how fit I am. I figure you could eat better if you wanted, or you could eat whatever you wanted ... it won't make much difference at all.
