Lycra Patch

Does such a thing exist? Like say, in the event someone put on brand new shorts for the first ride today. After a good ride the group stopped in a empty parking lot to practice tight cornering, but it a person (the guy with the new shorts) hit an oil slick and dumped the bike, putting some holes in his skin and two very small holes (a couple mm) (and a scraped up thin spot) on the hip of his new shorts. Is there any way he would, in theory patch or fix the aforementioned hole so that it doesn't get bigger when his rippling muscles stretch the shorts (or more likely when he washes them)?

bah...

Damn it. Why me....
