That looks all to familiar. Did the same to my 96 year-old house in stages: the entire ground floor--think very large dumpster in the side yard for six weeks--and the upstairs bedrooms one at a time as the kids got old enough to move up there. The kids are grown and gone and I've remodeled twice since the original demolition and restoration. Keep up the good work!!
