Alberto is all class, class being something that's lost on a lot of folks. You know how you can tell class? When you make Jens smile in his hospital room. AC did that today. He's also tough as nails, which made it hard for the Schlecks to believe he really wasn't going to contest.
BTW, that yellow liquid Phil and Paul pour out is not, in fact, holy water blessed by Lance. But go ahead and use it as such if you're a true believer. Just stand downwind please.
Kurt...what? You following the same race? Armstrong sat on Wiggin's wheel today instead of going up the road. He was totally sacrificing 2nd place for Contador. That's the only reason Contador and the Schleck's put so much time on him. The last 2 days he's almost looked like the Armstrong of 1999 - 2005. I really think if he wanted to he could have bridged if he did it early enough. There was zero reason for Contador to attack. He ended up isolating himself with the Schleck brothers - brilliant tactical move there. They took turns tee'ing off on him - he didn't look like he was having a walk in the park when he crossed the line. He looked like a man lucky to have survived. That was a very stupid move and showed that he was out for himself and no one else.
