The decals are different as this is the 2010 model. Looks like the changes for 2010 are what you noted: rear brake bosses at 11 o'clock. aero levers instead of cross levers, and different stickers.

Here's mine. . ..Have about 100 miles on it so far. Did a couple training rides on it and then commuted to work with it once (22 miles each way)

Bought it as a commuter and seems to work well so far. I will be putting bullhorns on it though as soon as my reverse levers come in.
