So that this isn't apropos of nothing, let me say that I've lost 24 lbs with the help of cycling and I'm wondering how you guys decided that you had reached the healthy weight threshold and if you just started eating more pizza at that point or what to maintain the weight. All indications are that if I continue riding as I do and eating what I consider to be plenty of healthy food, I'll just keep losing fat at a steady rate. I considered posting this in training and nutrition, but I'm sure I wouldn't get nearly as many (disparaging) comments.
I know this isn't scientific, but I'd appreciate it if you guys could guess what my BF% is given these pictures and knowing that I'm 5'10" and 156 lbs. My wild guess would be like 14-15%.
Some preemptive points:
Yes, I know I have a comically hairy gut and yes, chicks totally dig it for some sick reason.
Yes, no matter where I am or end up I am too fat for this sport.
Yes, I realize that there would be significant weight savings as a % of cyclist + bike if I were to shave the aforementioned gut.
I don't know if these kinds of posts are supposed to be in front of a garage door or maybe a refrigerator door with my arms in a certain position etc. but this is what you have to work with.
Thanks in advance.
