Yeah, it really was! I am building up a really fancy little city bike with a mixte frame and wanted to use an internal gear system, so this provides the wheels and a bad weather/winter bike at the same time. To add to the drama, last week I got a 1976 Raleigh Mixte frame HS and BB made of 531 main tubes for $25 from CL. I am going to have so much fun this winter choosing parts for this tricked out little cafe cruiser!
