are you thinking of using the surly instigator fork? i looked at this one when i owned a T900, the steertube is not long enough. i suggest that you try Cannondales Fatty fork for 700c wheels, it has enough steertube length for the T900. also, you may want to explore the disc brake option on the rear and there may even be a chance to fit a 29er there. i believe there is enough room for toe overlap, i ended up selling the T900 before trying a 700c or 29er wheelset.
