Officially back -- never really went away! I've been in and out of the forums, even while I was off the bike, and it's good to see this is still a vibrant and active place.
However, for those of you wondering what happens to ex-clydes, well this one got down to 195 but have been 204/205 again for a while now.
Some health complications kept me off the bike for a long while. A switch in meds and I am riding again, and seeing if things work out so that I can get back to working off the lbs.
That said, with weights being part of the regimen, it's a leaner 205 than before, but plenty of work to be done.
