On my go fast bike I carry a small allen wrench set, 2 tubes, co2 and adapter, a lever and a couple bucks.

On my touring bike I have a larger seat bag with 2 tubes, mini pump, co2 and co2 gun, big multitool, flattened duct tape, a hypercracker, 3 levers, patches, presta adapter, and money.
