there are terms like ergo, anatomic, and wing drops that i am not sure of the exact definitions of and difference between, but i can say that the flattened or even wavy drop section of drops, which i think anatomic refers to, is not for everyone. however, the sharp downturn accompanied with hoods makes for a really nice transition from the tops and shoulders to the hoods. i think that shape is referred to as ergo or wing, and i prefer the sharp turn with a rounder bend. maybe wing refers to ones with a more shallow and round drop shape, like the 3t ergonova, which i have, use, and think is the finest bar available today.
