Cav is the best sprinter in the world right now. Period. Thor has more points. The jersey is for the most consistent rider and Thor has been better at being consistent especially getting over the mountains (today being the exception). If you are going to say Cav should get the green jersey because he won more stages then the polka dot jersey shouldn't be on the shoulders of the guy who gets dropped every time the real contenders put the pressure on. Richard Virenque is a classic example of guy who's won multiple polka dot jerseys while not being the best climber in the race.
