Locked my bike up in Santa Monica last night, and when I returned my front wheel was gone. Normally I lock the front wheel with the frame, but I got lazy, and well someone decided that my front wheel just HAD to be theirs. I was wondering if anyone knew a good place in LA to find a good price on wheels or wheel sets. Thanks
