DT240's for me. Light, easy to service, easy to get parts etc - and they sound awesome!

Too many problems with creaking Tune Hubs - especially if you do 400k weekly or more.

Otherwise I think it's hard to go past Record/Dura-Ace hubs on training wheels. Loose ball hubs that roll forever and are light enough. They also save you $$ significantly over the DT/Tunes.

The Hope hubs are nice also...
