Sorry, folks, blame it on my American heritage, but I'm a firm believer in "innocent until PROVEN guilty." And I'm not particularly interested in speculating who could be guilty. The energy wasted on that could do me another 10 miles of roadwork per day, or a good half hour chasing the trails through my woods.
