nunarno,
I'll add one more piece of advice - do not do the build yourself. Here's why - a fixed gear bike is a bicycle brought down to the bare essentials. That's one of the real attractions of a fixed bike. So, being that it is stripped down to the bare essentials, absolutely every part MUST be properly installed AND functional. So, the way that applies to you is that you clearly do not know what is needed to build a bicycle of this type and therefore is is an absolute guarantee you do not have the skills to build it. I'm not saying you are not mechanically inclined or possibly even a highly skilled mechanic in other areas. I'm stating clearly that you are not in anyway qualified to build a fixed gear bike. You can easily place yourself and others in danger by attempting this. Use your LBS. Have them do the build. Be inquisitive. Ask lots of questions. Watch the mechanic if he allows it. On and on. You can work that out and you can build the skills you need as the bike requires repair. I'm being harsh when I say attempting to build a fixed gear bike when you don't even know what parts are needed is stupid. Now, why would I be harsh? Because, I don't want you to get hurt - or worse.
