If one is already doping, what is distorting your medical record (vanishing twins anyone....)? Short of having his medical records published, we're all making assumptions on this matter.
Its seems that to follow cycling with regards to doping one has to either be a cynic, an apologist, or plain oblivious. Perhaps I'm a cynic.
Of course. The cavernoma could definitely be made-up. But like I mentioned: it's assuming that he values winning so much more that he is willing to risk his life again by doping, when his first "blood clot" was caused by doping.
