I give Contador the benefit of the doubt, and say NO. Even with the suspicions surrounding him of not giving out his V02 max in that press interview, tour being so easy for him, and him beating Fabian on the TT..I'd still give the guy the benefit of the doubt until he tests positive, or if the french police find syringes under his pillow, whichever come first.
