Hi Guys/Galls ... this is my first post here.

Do you know the torque specs of this bolt? (it is a shimano ultegra), I bought this cranks back in 1997 ... the owner of the shop told me they were a year old (this was back in Holland).






I havent touch my bike in 10 years, i started last week to going out again and this morning i found that bolt hand loose. I found on http://www.parktool.com/repair/readhowto.asp?id=88 that it should be 88-133 in-lb but these specs are for 2004 or newer and other groups
