They are different frames. Look at the curved top tube on the Specialized. The Issac's is straight. The seat tube/top tube junction is different, as is the curve of where the down tube and top tube meet, at the back of the head tube.

Specialized is too big to use generic molds.... they can afford their own.
NEVER said it was a generic mold. Just like the auto industry, they take design cues from other companies and integrate them into their own. Fabian's bike is similar to the Isaac design in those pics. Not identical, but similar.
