I'm positive that in the future this trend will reverse itself in american cycling. At your level if you open any decent cycling training book,
stick to a program that has a reasonable amount of hours for your fitness level, and make sure you (the most important part)
get enough rest you will improve. Get a coach when that stops working. I'm staggered at the amount of money pay for that stuff.
