I'm afraid that you may have to live without knowing exactly what year and model this bike is. I've read enough of these Bianchi threads to come to the conclusion that there is no magic formula. There is no master website like there is for Trek, where you can look up your bike in a variety ways. If you have your hands on the bike, there is a few ways you can whittle the age down. If you can see what type Columbus tubing is used, there are a couple of sites that track the history. Type in "Vintage Columbus tubing" and you will find some. There are other sites that will help you date the components. IMO it's an 80's touring-type bike based on the length of the chainstay.
