You think THAT was a slam to Armstrong? If I was Contador I would've kicked Armstrong and his attitude all the way back home.

Alberto was left at the hotel the morning of the final time trial before his start time because Armstrong told the driver of the last team car to go to the airport and pick up his girlfriend. Sabotage? Who knows, but Alberto didn't say a word and finally got a ride to the TT and then promptly used that as motivation to kick Armstrong's ass.
