A nice ride this morning. Just before dawn there was some rain. right after sunup it was about 70 deg F and a little muggy. Decided that it was too warm for a rainsuit and even if I got wet it was warm enough that that wouldn't be a problem. But there was no rain on the ride (about 6 miles).

I did get buzzed just a bit too closely by some Clyde in a pickup truck. I don't think he was trying to buzz me so much as he simply wasn't willing to make even the smallest accommodation for the sake of the safety of some jerk on a bike. (visibility was fine and I was wearing my vest. no excuse there.)

But stuff like this is old news,of course. But I'm lucky; it's fairly rare for me.

But I honestly hope he has a stroke. Or anything that'll get him away from the wheel. He's earned it.
