As for value, I am a rookie here but I did just buy a Miyata 100 mixte for my daughter, and have been paying pretty close attention to pricing info on this forum and on CL. So I'll say that the bike might bring $150 on CL, if in good original condition. Possibly more in a hot urban market with a lot of interest in road bikes (or in frames for fixies), probably less in other areas. As an entry-level bike, probably sold in large numbers, it's never going to bring the kind of price a high end bike (like a Miyata 1000) would. But it's the kind of bike an entry-level rider (like me!) would be looking for.
