Been able to keep riding by being extremely careful with my training, never riding with any pain at all and when I do do mess up and reinjure myself I stay off the bike until completely pain free. The last time I reinjured it I was off the bike for a year lastly, I religiously adhere to a regimented stretching routine before and after every ride and on off days if I don't ride for more than 3 in days in row.
