So I’ve been experiencing foot aches on some of my longer rides. The shoes “seem” to fit fine and always have. If I take my shoes off at rest stops and give my feet a little break and some flex, they seem to be fine. Could it still be the expensive Specialized shoes
or is it just that my feet hate not flexing for so long?
