I'm riding on pake cranks and they seem fine after a couple months, I've never ridden suginos so I don't know how to compare. as far as the BB, I'm running a 107 and have to mount the chainring on the inside of the spider for a decent chainline. I think you could run a 104 or 105 and mount the chainring on the outside because I still have plenty of room for a shorter bb.
