i ****ing hate that article.
if you work in customer service, you have an obligation to treat people well and set their expectations actively, not whine about it and be an ******* all the time. it's part of the job.
just as customers have an obligation to not be jerks or treat you like ****.
if a customer comes in with an attitude and their nose in the air, by all means whine and huff and puff and get your panties twisted about it. but 90% of that note is the typical passive aggressive ******bag loser deadbeat seattle retail worker being a complete idiot and not taking charge of his own profession.
most of that article is about people that have done NOTHING wrong and just have skewed expectations. that's not a crime and it's not right to be a ****ing ****** to them or on the internet behind their backs.
BE NICE TO THE PEOPLE THAT FEED YOU. it works both ways.
