I have dirt on it.
It's not the second cowan frame.
Cowan got to use the first prototype of this bike, and it is being used this year as the race bike.
The bike is designed to have a fork with 4" of travel in the front and 4" of travel in the rear. The bikes name is the Kona Howler. The one in the pic is a hybrid between the Kona A and the Kona Dawg
