Thank you for the response. The Jeep usually has other stuff in it such as fire wood, golf clubs and/or 32 gallon tote. I have read some reviews for the Thule. They seem positive. Weight seemed to be an issue to some.

Is the tray type rack more stable than the hanging rack?
