Two months. had to really harass him for some communication but he seemed genuinely sorry that it took so long and that I was disappointed in his communication. Still, it's no way to run any kind of business. You don't take people's money and then fail to keep them updated as to when they'll receive the product. I think he definitely needs to hire some help. If he's so busy building rack then he has enough business to afford a part time employee which would actually help him expand and solidify his company.
