Does anyone include running as part of their training to get faster on the bike? Not in a sense of triathletes who want to do both along with swimming but in a sense of cross training to get yourself faster on the bike. Does anyone have experience with this or know any pros that do this? Thanks.
I wish i had the energy to. I would but after my ride my legs are too sore. But when i was 15 i loved running. I ran like 3 miles a day. Went from 170 pounds to 135 by the end of the year. I starved. But now i love cycling. It's a way for me to get away from the world...........fyi im 17 now.
