I didn't realize I pulled that out of Roadbike Review, thanks for letting me know. I googled it and it was right there. I posted it here which is ME freely making it available to everyone who comes here.

I didn't realize there was an issue and someone was defending themselves in a thread elsewhere. If you knew of this, why didn't you post it here?

And yes, I agree that it's not cool for ANY company to give a number that leads to a person having to jump rings to get service.

But hey. The number is here now.
