I know. Recently, I jumped on the scale. I'm up 15 pounds from where I should be. Time to get some trail running in.

And I'm not sure if I went too crazy with the stuff or not crazy enough. And I had a crazy thought with going crazier, what if for the winter I added some grit to the goo to help with traction on ice as studs seem like over kill, thoughts?

I like the idea, too, but I'm not sure how well it will work over time. You may only get one ride executed, before it starts to wear apart. I've never tried it, so let me know how it goes. I may give it a whirl using sand.

What I like about ShoeGoo is that even if the surface layers wears away, I'm pretty sure the gashes stay filled. In the winter, the surface coat tends to separate a lot sooner.
