My weight stopped at 192 or 3, which aint bad since I was up to about 210 a few years ago. The scale stopped moving but my the only belt that I've been wearing for years is down two holes, what up? I tell myself that I lost it around the middle but gained muscle from bike and run. I'm still hoping to drop 5 before October.
Barry-Given that terrible crash you had last winter and the recuperation required I'd say studs would be a wise investment. my 2¢.
