Several of the bike supply houses carry them. Ask the local shops about ordering it, I am pretty sure SBS and QBP carry them.

well I dont know those places but I have inquired around here. Most of them seem to carry either the Axiom or Swagman brand.
I was going to order it from bikesomewhere.com but the shipping was more than they charge for the basket.
