Ha, I'm up 5 pounds from a few months ago, I keep telling myself the same thing. I need to get more consistant longer rides in and maybe stop eating taco bell,mcdonalds and pizza.
I have cut back to 1 soda per day. Thats a start.
However, I do have a chocolate covered strawberry short cake in the fridge the wife got my for my B-Day, it would just be rude NOT to eat it.
I'm getting old. Boo Hoo.
