Rollin, even when other saddles were 'working' for me. I was constantly tweaking the angle to get it just right. I'd stand to relieve pressure, etc. With the Forte, I haven't had to do much since I got the angle down.
No numbness, no saddle sores, no thinking about saddles...
I've only been using it for a month and a half or so, but I already have about 800ish miles on it. I think it's a keeper.

RTC where you going? I got fitted at Berlin bike and they are great. My gf and her parents have been going there for years
I'm mostly wondering whether I should even bother with a new saddle!
The forte pro SLX has been working pretty well for me in all sorts of rides and the saddle is pretty inexpensive. I don't know if the toupe will work for me or not, and honestly I don't really care about the 40 gram 'weight penalty'. I'm more worried about the 'wait' penalty
I was riding a much heavier flite saddle earlier and I don't really care much about saddle weight as long as they're comfortable. I used to ride an SLR, but that stopped working for me a while ago which was unfortunate.
I went to berlin bike and their fit helped a little bit, but unfortunately I was pretty pissed at the fact that the person there didn't even look at my 'before' fit.
I had 0 back issues in the fall and spring. My power increased a bit with the berlin bike fit, but they didn't look at the before at all which is strange. He just said, your cleats are too far back after seeing my shoes. Meh...
