I do the same, just like an old man. I can stay up late, but I still wake up early. I find it helps my system to get up to the bedroom at the same time every night, chill out for a half hour or hour and fall asleep. Some days I still wake up much too early, but I'm able to fall back asleep as long as I went to bed early.

It's good to be regular. Yeah, I take Metamucil, too.
