One of the guys I work with fits that description. He's just basically an angry guy. Told me that he likes to try to run cyclists off the road when he sees them.
I just let it slide until my wife was hit by a car while we were out riding one evening. The next time he went to say something about it I just told him that I really didn't want to hear it anymore.
