It'll be Force, but it'll be BB30. The weight between Red and BB30 force is almost nill.

In my spreadsheet, with everything I could think of taken into account (seatpost clamp, bar tape, rim tape, skewers) I came in at 14.1 lbs. Add in .25 lbs for nuts/bolts that aren't in the spec weights of parts, and I think under 14.5 is definitely doable with BB30 Force and Soul C5.0 full carbon clinchers.
