Yeah, the bike's in not-so-great shape, but I have everything to get it working great again. What I am leaning towards is Nitto Albatross bars with a Shimano nine-speed drivetrain, but I may just keep the drops and make it a regular old road bike (either with nine-speed Shimano or as a fixed gear). I guess it's really going to depend on what's in the parts bin.
