Don't be so sure....I'm 46 and weigh 145-150 at 70.5" and I eat and drink pretty much whatever I want and as much as I want. If I don't ride at or do any exercise at all...I balloon
up to about 160-165 and if I just watch what I eat and ride more I drop to about 138-140.
How much will you weigh the week after I friggin kill your skinny ass?
