If you go to the eBay page you referenced, even the seller calls them "NIB Campagnolo Record HI LO Road Hubs Sealed Mint"

Not sure where you got the idea they were track hubs.

The Classic Rendezvous page you referenced is a Photoshop job, not a real hub. Hi/Lo *REAR* road hubs did exist (IIRC, Hi-E started the fad); Campy and Suzue made them for a couple years in the late 70s but people eventually lost interest in them.
