+1 I use this on my carbon fork. The strap is a tough pastic so it won't dig into the fork like a metal band might. I also added a thing strip of rubber under the strap (cut from an old inner tube) to provide a bit more protection of the fork. It has been on there for over a year and it has help up perfectly.
