You can use the stem/bar combo if you run threadless with a 1 and 1/8 to 1" shim.

I'm not sure what size your seatpost is in the wahoo, but if it's 27.2mm, you can also use that.

You could use the pedals as well assuming they're 9/16th, but they wouldn't be optimal for clips/straps if you decide to use those.

Cranks won't work, unless of course you decide to run an XC crankset on a track bike, but you're chainline will probably be way off.

Wheels won't work, obviously.

Seat can be transferred if you like it.

You could even use the chain I guess, but it's a 3/32nd and not compatible with 1/8 track cogs.
