I think that you've got a high end, 1976 Raleigh or Carlton. It has the lugs of a Raleigh Professional, the seat-stay joinery of an International, and is missing the rear brake stop arch. The 753 sticker is almost certainly wishful thinking (the serial number would be SB if it were).
