ANd other exotic things, gerd schraner explains how this requires heavier rims in his book. And his explanation makes sense entirely, these guys run aluminum nipples for weight savings because its farther from the hub, well if you've got these reduced spoke count wheels the rim is heavier, so it defeats the purpose.
