the bottom line is there are plenty of fantastic Ti bikes out there. If you like it, then there's a good chance it's right for you. Plenty of people race older litespeeds, so they can't be THAT flexy. I have always enjoyed the older Litespeeds I have ridden, and as already mentioned, if you take care of it, the bike will have excellent longevity.
